Reconstitution Guide Storage & Handling Peptide Profiles Safety Information

Reconstitution Guide

What You Need

  • Bacteriostatic water (BW) — preferred for multi-dose vials
  • Sterile insulin syringes (1ml, 28–31 gauge)
  • Alcohol swabs
  • The lyophilised peptide vial
  • A clean, well-lit workspace

Step-by-Step

  1. Wipe both vial caps with an alcohol swab and allow to dry.
  2. Draw the required volume of bacteriostatic water into your syringe.
  3. Insert the needle slowly into the peptide vial at an angle.
  4. Inject the water slowly down the side of the vial — do not shoot directly onto the powder.
  5. Gently swirl (do not shake) until fully dissolved. Solution should be clear.
  6. Label the vial with date and concentration. Refrigerate at 2–8°C.
  7. Use a fresh syringe for each draw.

Concentration Calculator Example

If you have a 5mg vial and add 2ml bacteriostatic water, concentration = 2.5mg/ml (2500mcg/ml). A 250mcg dose = 0.1ml (10 units on a U100 syringe).

Storage & Handling

Lyophilised (Dry)

Store at room temperature (up to 25°C) away from direct sunlight. Stable for 24+ months. For long-term storage, refrigerate at 2–8°C or freeze at -20°C.

Reconstituted Peptide

Refrigerate immediately at 2–8°C. Use within 4–6 weeks. Never freeze a reconstituted peptide — this degrades the compound.

During Shipping

Shipped in insulated packaging. Once received, inspect the vial. Powder should be white to off-white. Store immediately upon receipt.

Peptide Research Profiles

BPC-157Recovery / Tissue Repair

BPC-157 is a synthetic 15 amino acid peptide derived from human gastric juice. Extensive animal studies show remarkable healing properties across muscle, tendon, ligament, bone and neural tissue. Works through multiple mechanisms including growth hormone receptor expression, angiogenesis promotion and nitric oxide system modulation.

Research Dose
250–500mcg/day
Administration
Subcutaneous or intramuscular
TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4)Recovery / Flexibility

Thymosin Beta-4 is a naturally occurring 43 amino acid peptide. TB-500 is a synthetic version of an active region of TB4. Research demonstrates systemic healing effects and promotion of angiogenesis. Notable for flexibility improvements in research subjects.

Research Dose
2–2.5mg twice weekly
Administration
Subcutaneous injection
SemaglutideWeight Management / Metabolic

A GLP-1 receptor agonist that mimics the GLP-1 hormone. Clinical research has demonstrated average weight reductions of 15–20%. Also shows cardioprotective effects and improved insulin sensitivity.

Research Dose
0.25mg/week escalating to 2.4mg/week
Administration
Subcutaneous injection
IpamorelinMuscle Growth / Sleep

A selective GH secretagogue with minimal effect on cortisol and prolactin levels. Research shows clean, pulsatile GH release. Often studied with CJC-1295 for synergistic GH elevation.

Research Dose
200–300mcg 2–3× daily
Administration
Subcutaneous injection
EpithalonAnti-Aging / Longevity

A tetrapeptide extensively studied for telomere-extending properties. Research suggests it activates telomerase. Also shows melatonin regulation, antioxidant effects and circadian rhythm improvement.

Research Dose
5–10mg daily for 10–20 days
Administration
Subcutaneous or IV
SelankCognitive / Anxiolytic

A synthetic heptapeptide with anxiolytic effects without sedation. Modulates GABA-A receptor activity and influences serotonin and dopamine metabolism. Significant nootropic effects observed.

Research Dose
250–500mcg 2× daily
Administration
Intranasal or subcutaneous
